Joe Biden: House Republicans a "Neanderthal Crowd"
Because they don't support big government
Apparently there is now a Bidenism alert system, as the vice president prefaced hisremarks during a party at his home Thursday evening with, "I'm going to say something outrageous." Biden went on to tell the crowd, which was gathered to celebrate the 19th anniversary of the Violence Against Women Act, that the bill nearly didn't pass thanks to "this sort of Neanderthal crowd" in the House.

What is this legislation about? Is it an act promoting violence against women? It is after all the Violence Against Women Act.
