A. Barton Hinkle: What's the Least Bad Option in Syria?
There are many good reasons not to intervene in Syria, observes A. Barton Hinkle, but none of that seems to matter to President Obama and his backers. So let's assume America will take action. What sort of action should it take to do what Obama believes it must do – i.e., send a message to a dictator that the heinous crime of gassing hundreds of children to death must carry a price?
