Brickbat: Pants on the Ground
Human rights groups say police in Gaza have been abducting young men, beating them and shaving their heads, for wearing "Western" hairstyles or low-riding pants that show their underwear. The groups say the moves are part of a larger effort by Hamas to enforce Islamic rules on behavior and appearance.
