Bank of America to Review Intern Conditions Following Death
21-year-old student died in London
Bank of America announced on Friday that it was reviewing the working conditions of its junior employees after a 21-year-old intern died recently in London.
Moritz Erhardt, a German business administration student who was working as an intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, died at his student housing in East London on Aug. 15.
Unconfirmed reports on social network forums said that long working hours during his summer internship might have played a role in his death.
