MA Cop Pleads Guilty to ID Theft, Prescription Fraud
He stole a driver's license while on the job
BOSTON — A former Watertown police officer has pleaded guilty to federal charges that he stole someone's driving license and used it to illegally obtain prescription drugs.
Fifty-eight-year old Joseph Deignan of Framingham entered his pleas Tuesday to charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance by fraud and fraud in connection with identification documents.
