DNC Hires Hillary Clinton Aide Mo Elleithee
Will be the communications director
The Democratic National Committee has hired Mo Elleithee, a longtime Democratic strategist with close ties to Hillary Clinton, as its new communications director.
Elleithee was Clinton's traveling campaign press secretary in 2008, and more recently was a top advisor on now-Sen. Tim Kaine's (D-Va.) Senate campaign. He's also advised Sens. Mark Warner (D-Va.) andTom Udall (D-N.M.), the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
