Stand Your Ground Cited in Teen's Killing of Stick-Wielding Man, Teen to Face Weapons Charges
17-year-old says he was defending himself, shot the man once in the face, prosecutors now pursuing him on gun charges
No homicide charges will be filed against the teenager who shot and killed 40-year-old Julius Jerome Jacobs in Ocala on the night of July 5.
In a memo released Tuesday, the State Attorney's Office found that the killing was legal under the provisions of Florida's "stand your ground" law.

Sounds fine. Of course said drug dealer will get done on weapons charges because he is unlicensed but there you are.
