Adam Kokesh Denied Bail

Posted a video of himself loading a gun in DC's Freedom Plaza

An activist who posted a video of himself loading a gun in D.C.'s Freedom Plaza was denied bond on Monday.

Adam Kokesh of Herndon, Va., appeared Monday in D.C. Superior Court and was ordered held without bond. He is charged with one count of openly carrying the weapon in violation of D.C. law.
