Third Woman Comes Forward with Accusations Against San Diego Mayor
Tried to kiss her at a restaurant
A third woman has publicly identified herself as a target of unwanted sexual advances by San Diego Mayor Bob Filner.
The new accuser came forward as the leader of the nation's eighth-largest city named his third chief of staff in less than two weeks.
Morgan Rose told San Diego's KPBS Wednesday that Filner repeatedly tried to kiss her at a restaurant in 2009 during a meeting to discuss her campaign to promote child welfare. Filner was a congressman at the time.
