Poll: Americans Oppose Nanny-State Restrictions on Sugary Drinks
Screw Bloomberg
Looks like Americans want to hang on to their Big Gulps.
A new survey finds that nearly three-quarters of Americans reject laws that would limit the sale of sugary soft drinks to 16 oz.
The Gallup poll found that 69 percent of adults are against such laws, while 30 percent are in favor of them. A majority of those polled were against such laws across party, income level and race.
