Hillary 2016, providing a stupid reason for stupid people to vote for the Presidency.

Come on, isn't it a woman's turn now?

It is so idiotic and shallow, it has to work. Come on low information, low IQ voters, you did for Obama twice, you can do it for Hillary.

    1. Tony   12 years ago

Democrats get the low-information voters who happen to be aware that Republicans don't offer them anything worth voting for. Republicans get the low-information voters who are duped into thinking they do.

      1. T   12 years ago

Because Democrats offered those low information voters what, exactly, in '12? A chance to keep getting screwed?

        1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

Screwed, yes. But screwed with free condoms.

        2. Loki   12 years ago

Because Democrats offered those low information voters what, exactly, in '12?

Obamaphones, free contraceptives, other people's money.

      2. PapayaSF   12 years ago

Democrats offer voters lots of things, but of course, little of it is actually delivered.

        1. Tony   12 years ago

You say that on the very day Obama announces plans to deliver on campaign promises of action on climate change, and years after delivering on the campaign promise of healthcare reform, among many others.

It's the right-wing Christians who really get the shaft from their national party.

          1. sgs   12 years ago

            " among many others."

            lol

          2. PapayaSF   12 years ago

In order to count as "delivering," there actually has to be something of value delivered. Delivering "health care reform" actually means "everyone's expenses to go up and a bunch of people become unemployed," so no, I don't count that as "delivering."

          3. DesigNate   12 years ago

Delivering by Presidential Fiat is dictatorial.

          4. John C. Randolph   12 years ago

Tony, the motherfucker reneged on his campaign promises to quit harassing medical marijuana users, close gizmo, and end the usurpations in the PATRIOT act.

If you weren't such a slimy little hypocrite, you would have bailed out of the teleprompter-in-chief's bandwagon the day he signed the PATRIOT act extension.

            -jcr

          5. Not Sure   12 years ago

Wasn't Iraq supposed to end on day one? I recall being to told to take that to the bank.

        2. General Butt Naked   12 years ago

Democrats offer voters lots of things, but of course, little of it is actually delivered.

          The FSA disagrees.

          Sent from my ObamaPhone

      3. Irish   12 years ago

Democrats get the low-information voters who happen to be aware that Republicans don't offer them anything worth voting for.

That explains why Detroit, Chicago and Cleveland are in such great shape. Because the Democrats are so good at helping people.

Tony, if I had an enemy who I wanted to destroy so completely that there was no hope of him ever recovering, I would ask the Democratic party to help him. Within about 3 weeks his parents would be divorced, he'd be unemployed, bankrupt and his neighborhood would be torn apart by gang violence.

      4. Suthenboy   12 years ago

        XYZ Tony.

There is a false dichotomy underlying your political philosopy, and it is showing.

        1. Tony   12 years ago

The American political system is a dichotomous one.

          1. sgs   12 years ago

What does that have to do with you being to0 stupid to avoid a false dichotomy?

        2. sarcasmic   12 years ago

Remember that Tony is so stupid that he honestly believes that oil companies that pay billions of dollars in taxes receive subsidies.
It is my understanding that a subsidy is money taken from the taxpayers and given to a recipient. Since these oil companies are net taxpayers, no money is being taken from taxpayers and given to them.
Yet Tony honestly believes that oil companies that pay billions of dollars in taxes are subsidized by the taxpayers.
His brain is broken. That's all there is to it.

          1. Tony   12 years ago

If you don't realize that the oil industry is heavily subsidized, how the fuck are you supposed to have an informed opinion on energy policy? Fossil Fuel Subsidies in the US.

You really think your surface semantic pseudo-clever way of looking at the world has a relationship to reality, don't you?

            1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

You don't even read your own links, do you?

              1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

Or perhaps you just don't really understand them.

              2. DK   12 years ago

He doesn't even read the comment he's responding to. I think he got confused by "net taxpayers" and thought, "Why would oil companies be using nets to extract oil?"

            2. sgs   12 years ago

"If you don't realize that the oil industry is heavily subsidized, how the fuck are you supposed to have an informed opinion on energy policy?"

We ask you this every time you come here and you never have an answer.

            3. sgs   12 years ago

Not paying someone money you don't owe them is a subsidy.

            4. sarcasmic   12 years ago

You really think your surface semantic pseudo-clever way of looking at the world has a relationship to reality, don't you?

              It's quite simple, moron.

If taxes paid minus tax benefits is greater than zero, then the company is a taxpayer.

If taxes paid minus tax benefits is less than zero, then the company is subsidized.

              It's not overly complicated.

I know you want to feel like the oil companies are subsidized because they're evil corporations that make evil profits, but that's not reality.

The reality is that the government takes in more revenue from gas taxes than oil companies take in profits, and then the government taxes those profits.

Fuck you're stupid. I mean, really really stupid. So fucking stupid you don't even know you're stupid. Fuck.

              1. Jerryskids   12 years ago

So what if the oil companies are subsidized? What's wrong with that?

Because it sends false price information and interferes with the proper functioning of free markets? That's the sort of argument only a libertarian nutjob would make. You aren't a libertarian nutjob are you?

                1. Tony   12 years ago

Yes it would be nice if libertarians applied their allegedly rigid and allegedly consistent principles when it came to oil companies.

But since libertarian exists primarily as the philosophical cover for corporate cronyism, I understand that motivations might conflict.

If you get a tax break that your peers do not get, it's not just tantamount to a subsidy, it is a subsidy.

                  1. DesigNate   12 years ago

Actually, dipshit, libertarians DO argue against ALL FUCKING SUBSIDIES.

You're just too fucking stupid to listen.

              2. John C. Randolph   12 years ago

                Math is racist!

            5. DesigNate   12 years ago

Yes, yes, not taking is giving and not giving is taking.

      5. sarcasmic   12 years ago

Democrats get the economically ignorant voters who don't understand (or care) that everything government gives away must first be taken away from someone else.

"Government is the great fiction through which everybody endeavors to live at the expense of everybody else."
        -Bastiat

        1. Irish   12 years ago

They also get people who allow themselves to be made dependent on the state, thus forcing their families into a cycle of poverty in perpetuity.

If I give money to someone who blows it on vice products like booze and lottery tickets, I'd get called an enabler and be told that I should stop. But when someone says that government should do the exact same thing, idiots convince themselves that it's altruism.

          1. Matrix   12 years ago

            there's nothing altruistic about force

            1. sarcasmic   12 years ago

              there's nothing altruistic about force

Yes there is! There is no point in contributing to a charity if someone else can choose not to contribute! No point at all! That's what makes force fair! Force means everyone pays their fair share! It's pure altruism!

          2. Loki   12 years ago

They also get people who allow themselves to be made dependent on the state, thus forcing their families into a cycle of poverty in perpetuity.

"I'll have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years." ? Lyndon B. Johnson

            1. Knutsack   12 years ago

Are you sure that wasn't Paula Deen?

  2. Episiarch   12 years ago

The cult of personality shit that TEAM BLUE comes up with is invariably creepy as hell.

    1. John   12 years ago

It is all they have left. And when Obama leaves, they are going to have to find a new one. Hillary is really the only candidate. And it is going to be even stranger and more creepy than the Obama cult.

      1. Pro Libertate   12 years ago

Obama had no reputation to smear, really, the first time around, and he got a weird pass for some reason for his first term. None of this applies to Clinton, who is despised by not only Republicans but by plenty of moderates and hardcore Obamaniacs, too. On top of that, the scandal at DoS is going to hit her square in the jaw.

The Democrats, being stupid and evil, will try to replicate Obama--guaranteed. That's not Clinton by any stretch of the imagination. It may be another young up and comer, preferably female.

        1. PapayaSF   12 years ago

Replicating Obama will be difficult, because that involved running against Bush with a blank slate candidate. Bush is now ancient history, Hillary can't run against Obama's record, and she isn't a blank slate.

          1. RBS   12 years ago

            Bush is now ancient history

Tell that to MSNBC and the rest of the progtards.

          2. generic Brand   12 years ago

            Bush is now ancient history

            I lol'd.

            1. PapayaSF   12 years ago

Come on, don't you think that tactic is getting stale now, and will seem pretty silly in 2016?

              1. Greg   12 years ago

It wont if the Republicans run someone that can be linked to Bush in even the tiniest way.

                1. PapayaSF   12 years ago

Which is the main reason why Jeb is a non-starter, unless the next three years are so terrible that there is a wave of Bush nostalgia.

At the moment I am thinking of/hoping for a Scott Walker/Rand Paul ticket.

          3. WTF   12 years ago

Don't worry, Hillary will run against Bush and the media will act as though the last eight years never happened.

            1. JW   12 years ago

What about the 12 dark years of Reagan-Bush? Never discount that.

              1. Eduard van Haalen   12 years ago

                Don't forget Herbert Hoover.

        2. playa manhattan   12 years ago

          "for some reason"

        3. John   12 years ago

I think there is a lot of that for sure. A lot of people hate Hillary and the Clintons. But she has the feminist vote sowed up. And that is important in the Dem party. She also has a huge organization and money. And that counts.

          1. PapayaSF   12 years ago

she has the feminist vote sowed up

            Oh, that's mean!

        4. Bam!   12 years ago

"It may be another young up and comer, preferably female."

Maybe a little Cherokee as well.

          1. Jon Lester   12 years ago

I might have a weakness for that.

          2. Jon Lester   12 years ago

Unless you mean someone in particular.

            1. Jon Lester   12 years ago

I didn't think about Warren until I saw more comments downthread.

Pro lib, your favorite Canadian region came up today.

      2. Suthenboy   12 years ago

Yes, and the party of stupid will forego showing endless loops of Christopher Stevens body being dragged through the streets of Benghazi after being sodomized out of 'respect'.

        Pathetic.

    2. Brandybuck   12 years ago

To be fair, they CAN'T campaign on warfare, torture, droning, spying, etc., so they have to go with the personality shit.

  3. Brett L   12 years ago

    Most androgynous t-shirt model ever.

  4. KDN   12 years ago

She looks like Moses from South Park. All hail Hillary the lawgiver!

  5. Hash Brown   12 years ago

    1. Nikkis enthusiastic dissent   12 years ago

      This.

      1. Mr. Soul   12 years ago

        to paraphrase stupid Flanders:
Is that the sound of butting in?
        It's gotta be Hilary Clinton:
America's answer to the question no one asked!

  6. SweatingGin   12 years ago

You could just about work that in to a big brother face.

    1. PapayaSF   12 years ago

      It's already close, isn't it?

    2. JW   12 years ago

      Guy Fawkes facial hair.

  7. The Late P Brooks   12 years ago

That should be projected onto a billowing cloud of smoke.

    1. JW   12 years ago

She should stay away from buckets of water.

  8. Zeb   12 years ago

I still say there is no way she gets elected. Sure, lots of people voted for Obama just because it was cool to have a blackish president. But Obama was also a blank slate to most people. Clinton has a history that everyone knows. And lots of people who actively hate her. And she's old. I'll be surprised if she gets the Dem nomination.

    1. SweatingGin   12 years ago

I'd like to think all those reasons are valid, and would keep her out.

      But but but... BIRTH CONTROL!

Seems like they can get that one going again.

      1. Pro Libertate   12 years ago

No way she gets nominated. None.

        1. Hash Brown   12 years ago

          From your lips to etc.

    2. John   12 years ago

I go back and forth. There is a certain kind of suburban woman and their beta male husbands who fucking love Hillary. And their votes matter because they are swing votes. They voted for Bush in 04 because they were worried about terrorism. They voted for Obama in 08 and 12 because of birth control and abortion and the thought that if their little snowfake got herself knocked up they might be able to take care of it.

Those people are going to vote Hillary no matter what. The fact that she is completely incompetent and has literally fucked up every single job she has ever had going all of the way back to the Rose Law Firm won't matter.

      1. RBS   12 years ago

I bet that self loathing Beta Dad guy from a few weeks ago fucking loves Hilary.

        1. AuH20   12 years ago

The guy who felt bad about fantasizing about women?

At this point, my only theory is that he is a major pedophile, and he used "women" to substitute for "children". Cuz that is the only way that makes any damn sense.

        2. Bones   12 years ago

Because he's told to. If he ever wants sex again he has to love Hilary. Publicly. Audibly. With vigor in front of his dominant wife. And still, it has to be the worst sex in the world.

          1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

Sorry. I choose the face-cage full of ravenous rats.

      2. Fatty Bolger   12 years ago

        You mean this type?

      3. AuH20   12 years ago

Eh, it's possible that if Hilary seems like as much a ball-buster as their wives, they'll publicly support her but pull the lever for someone else in the voting booth.

        1. John   12 years ago

If they had the courage to do that, they wouldn't be married to these women. You don't understand the depth of the Stockholm syndrome that occurs with this kind of man.

      4. sgs   12 years ago

" There is a certain kind of suburban woman and their beta male husbands who fucking love Hillary. And their votes matter because they are swing votes. They voted for Bush in 04 because they were worried about terrorism. They voted for Obama in 08 and 12 because of birth control and abortion"

Those people never voted for Bush, and will always be Dem shills.

Worrying about them like you are is ignorant and pointless.

  9. Fatty Bolger   12 years ago

One can only hope that she's fading to invisibility.

  10. Slammer   12 years ago

What's up with the model? Some androgynous hipster type? Or maybe just missing a tit?

    1. PapayaSF   12 years ago

It's symbolic of the future she represents, you heteronormative troglodyte.

  11. General Butt Naked   12 years ago

Oh fuck. I can't handle any more of the cult of personality shit from the red and blue rah-rah retards.

Can't we just pick some random schmuck out of the telephone book and call it a day?

    1. UnCivilServant   12 years ago

      Which telephone book?

      1. Brett L   12 years ago

Pick one, preferrably not from a Federal agency.

        1. Eduard van Haalen   12 years ago

But the NSA's telephone book is the most comprehensive and up-to-date!

      2. Mr. Soul   12 years ago

I like the sound of picking some Rand-om schmuck.

  12. Rich   12 years ago

    Two-tone woman's fit t-shirt that is side-seamed for a custom contoured fit.

"Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat."

Men don't even get to be the primary victims of your own deaths any more, and you want T-shirts? Ha! Stupid prole.

      1. WTF   12 years ago

The men can't be victims, because they are oppressors, and also Patriarchy.

      2. B.P.   12 years ago

Wow, that 's an actual Hillary quote. Wow.

  13. PS   12 years ago

    Clinton/Warren 2016!!!!

And then, something happened. I let go. Lost in oblivion. Dark and silent and complete. I found freedom. Losing all hope was freedom.

Can't we just pick some random schmuck out of the telephone book and call it a day?

Why is Debbie Harry on the Clinton shirt? Am I missing something here?

    1. Jon Lester   12 years ago

If the real Debbie Harry would run, she'd get my vote.

      1. Greg   12 years ago

On a related note, if Hillary wins I'm probably gonna hope that a man from Mars eats me

  16. DK   12 years ago

I'm waiting for the t-shirt that superimposes a target on that face and adds the words: AIM FIRE

  17. The Late P Brooks   12 years ago

    Clinton/Warren 2016!!!!

I read an article about the Kos Rally the other day. It said there were a bunch of people running around proclaiming they were from the "Elizabeth Warren wing" of the Democratic Party. Because what this country really needs is a spanking from a humorless dried up old schoolmarm, apparently.

    I weep for America.

    1. Tony   12 years ago

Good impression of the way conservatives talk about women politicians. Now express exasperation that women won't vote for you.

      1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

This is why nobody takes libertarians seriously!

      2. MJGreen   12 years ago

If the dried up old vag fits...

      3. sgs   12 years ago

My wife thinks she's a "a humorless dried up old schoolmarm" too.

        1. Irish   12 years ago

My wife thinks she's a "a humorless dried up old schoolmarm" too.

Yes, but women who don't unthinkingly love left-wing idiots aren't real women. Don't you know anything?

Just like black people and Hispanics who vote Republican or are libertarian aren't really part of those minority groups, women who don't like the Democratic Party are actually white men.

          It's basic logic.

        2. Eduard van Haalen   12 years ago

How many beatings before she agreed with you on this? You oppressor.

      4. Irish   12 years ago

Uh...women vote Republican at like 47% rates. Or do almost half of women not matter because they don't vote Democrat?

Nice to see you admitting what low opinions left wingers actually have of women. Those 47% who vote Republican should really get back in the kitchen, huh?

        1. Eduard van Haalen   12 years ago

They're like the general's wife in The Handmaid's Tale (yes, I read it).

That rate will continue to fall as long as old fat white Republican men keep pontificating on women's reproductive systems and treating women leaders as if they're 50-s era secretaries.

          1. Red Rocks Rockin   12 years ago

treating women leaders as if they're 50-s era secretaries.

50-s era secretaries were much more competent.

      5. mad libertarian guy   12 years ago

Because Team BLUE shills NEVER say nasty shit about women . . .

Fuck off, sockpuppet. The least you can do is not be so transparently naive.

      6. DesigNate   12 years ago

What's that? Some dem shill called Sarah Palin a stupid cunt? Oh yeah, totally not the same thing.

    2. Ranter   12 years ago

You forgot "Faux Native American". That final component is the cherry on top that drives em all wild.

To be fair to Warren though, she's been fairly consistent about raking justice and finance party hacks over the coals. Someone should be able to formulate a sensible reason why all the mortgage huckster corporations never got stopped and never served time.

      1. T   12 years ago

Because they were paying Liz Warren hundreds of thousands in legal fees? Or was that someone else doing that? I forget.

      2. sgs   12 years ago

"To be fair to Warren though, "

NO thanks, shut the fuck up now shill.

        1. Ranter   12 years ago

          Ah I see.

I'm a "shill" because I contend that even a person who's a demonstrable piece of shit can do something right now and then.

Maybe you can cool off your hyper-partisan asshole gland with a nice glass of STFU.

    3. Brett L   12 years ago

It said there were a bunch of people running around proclaiming they were from the "Elizabeth Warren wing" of the Democratic Party.

Overpaid academic apologists for Big Business and Big Government? I think they're pretty well represented already.

      1. AuH20   12 years ago

Yeah, I thought that was just called, "I'm in a humanities masters program."

    4. Irish   12 years ago

Because what this country really needs is a spanking from a humorless dried up old schoolmarm, apparently.

Remember when cool people like Hunter S. Thompson and Kurt Vonnegut used to consider themselves left-wing?

Now they're genuflecting before Elizabeth Warren, a boring, puritanical shrew. What happened? Where'd the cool leftists go?

      1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

They keep killing themselves. Can you blame them?

        1. Irish   12 years ago

          Vonnegut didn't kill himself.

I think it's more likely that the cool leftists were never actually anything like the modern leftists. The older left-wing tended to be opposed to a lot of the terrible things that the American right was doing at a time when the right was ascendant. Now that the left is in power and is doing all the same terrible things while adopting a terrifying, Orwellian authoritarian streak, you can't really be considered a leftist anymore unless you jettison everything that made the left wing interesting.

      2. PapayaSF   12 years ago

It's cool to be a leftist when the Establishment is Nixon or Reagan. When the Establishment is Obama, the coolness goes away and you're just a shill for government.

        1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

I do wish H.S.T. were still around for many reasons, but mostly to see what he'd have to say about Obama now. I don't think it'd be pretty.

          1. Irish   12 years ago

Hitchens didn't live long enough to see the real Obama shit show, but the things he had to say about candidate Obama were not pretty.

Here's what he said about Obama's campaign slogan:

But now it seems that the more vapid and vacuous the logo, the more charm (or should that be charisma?) it exerts. Take "Yes We Can," for example. It's the sort of thing parents might chant encouragingly to a child slow on the potty-training uptake.

          2. PapayaSF   12 years ago

No shit. The inevitable comparisons with Nixon would especially sting, coming from him.

          3. General Butt Naked   12 years ago

I think the post-Sandy Hook article that Thompson would have inevitably written would've caused many leftists to puke in their pants.

    5. JW   12 years ago

It said there were a bunch of people running around proclaiming they were from the "Elizabeth Warren wing" of the Democratic Party.

"I'm so sorry! If it makes you feel any better, you don't look like someone with a learning disability."

    6. PapayaSF   12 years ago

Her "research" was academic fraud, she lied about her ethnicity for personal gain, and she even took recipes from the newspaper and claimed they were old family recipes (because we all know how Cherokees were so creative in their use of ingredients like crab and mayonnaise).

      1. Eduard van Haalen   12 years ago

"Make-up heap big fire. Fill pot with water from stream. When boiling, drop-um Stouffer's Frozen dinner in pot. Smoke-um peace pipe until dinner is ready."

        1. Eduard van Haalen   12 years ago

OK, to be fair, the Cherokees made a fairly decent go of white-style civilization (but that didn't save them from being banished from their land when the whites wanted it). As a civilized tribe, they may well have had mayonnaise, or the equivalent at that time.

          1. Loki   12 years ago

As a civilized tribe, they may well have had mayonnaise, or the equivalent at that time.

Whatever it was I'm sure it was artisanal

          2. PapayaSF   12 years ago

Odd, though, that her "old family recipes" were word-for-word copies of recipes published in the New York Times five years previously.

            1. Greg   12 years ago

It is very odd that the New York Times stole her old family recipes like that. I guess the government will have to start approving their content before printing to make sure that doesn't happen again.

  18. The Late P Brooks   12 years ago

    I'll try this one again:

Can't we just pick some random schmuck out of the telephone book and call it a day?

The guy who delivers my propane would make a better President than any of the "legitimate' candidates.

    1. Bam!   12 years ago

      Hank Hill for President.

    2. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

      I'm totally on board!
The Guy Who Delivers P Brooks' Propane/The Guy Who Excavated My Basement in 2016!

    3. John   12 years ago

I would totally be on board for randomly picking members of Congress. Expand the House to a 1000 members. And pick 1000 registered voters at random to serve two years. Pass a law that says their civilian employers have to hold their jobs while they are gone. Let people out of service if they are sick or have some family emergency. And just put said 1000 up there and let them go to work. They could not possibly be any worse than what we have and they would most likely be better.

      1. Bones   12 years ago

No way. No registered voters. Miss South Carolina can't possibly have figured out how to vote. And she should be Speaker of the House and such as.

        1. John   12 years ago

But if you did everyone, you couldn't avoid the job by just not registering to vote.

    4. Azathoth!!   12 years ago

The part of government that needs to be randomly picked isn't the part that's subject to election.

The bureacracy should be removed and replaced with randomly picked voters.

They are the vast shadow government that keeps things moving towards statism.

  19. Ranter   12 years ago

Ugh. They should pander to the other side and put it on a dartboard.

Maybe someone in the media will ask her why she thinks family dynasties are a good thing in a theoretical constitutional democracy.

God knows they won't be asking her anything policy-related like presidential overreach/spying/civil liberties/Benghazi/debt reduction/etc.

  20. NoVAHockey   12 years ago

Assume she gets the nomination. what states does she drop from Obama's total? or does she keep them and win?

  21. alex griggs   12 years ago

If George McFly doesn't kiss Lorraine soon, Hillary's gonna fade all the way out.

    1. Hash Brown   12 years ago

    2. NoVAHockey   12 years ago

i made an "enchantment under the sea" joke with a younger cousin. her prom or something was basically themed the same way. she had no idea what I was talking about.

      1. Greg   12 years ago

Man kids these days are no fun... her date probably wasn't her "density" either.

I mentioned something from Boogie Nights a few days ago to a 25 year old on my hockey team and he told me that he didn't know anything about it because it was a "really old movie".

        1. Mr. Soul   12 years ago

yep. I talked to one-a-my 20-something hockey team mates about classic movies. I said "North by Northwest". He countered "War Games".

  22. MJGreen   12 years ago

    Good God, people.

Have you no shame? Or sense of style?

    1. John   12 years ago

That shirt is actually creepier and weirder than the Obama Hope poster. The Hope poster was such social realist trash. That shirt is right out of 1984. Even the fucking East Germans would have rejected that as being too creepy.

  23. The Late P Brooks   12 years ago

They didn't omit the hair-do by accident.

  24. Ranter   12 years ago

    Clinton....fashion...

There's a blue dress/stain joke just waiting to be made here, dammit.

I just can't "come" up with it.

    1. Loki   12 years ago

That T-Shirt is the worst fashion statement involving a Clinton since a certain stained blue dress.

      1. Mr. Soul   12 years ago

If Lewinsky wore that shirt, Bill could argue what the meaning of "Jizz" is.

        Im here all week.

  25. DaveAnthony   12 years ago

She deserves to be President about as much as a rotting corpse of a a US diplomat.

    1. Citizen Nothing   12 years ago

Ok. Fine. The Guy Who Delivers P Brooks' Propane/Rotting Corpse of a U.S. Diplomat in 2016!

      1. Ska   12 years ago

But I really wanted to hear the excavator guy's position on legalized prostitution.

    2. Calvin Coolidge   12 years ago

Only if said rotting corpse is married to a former President of the US. Which is now and has always been Hillary!'s sole claim to respect.m She's ridden his coattails as far as she can, pity for her that she has proven woefully imcompetent whenever asked to actually do anything other than be married to Bill.

      1. Loki   12 years ago

she has proven woefully imcompetent whenever asked to actually do anything other than be married to Bill.

Given Bill's inclination to go elsewhere for sexual gratification I'd say she's been pretty incompetent at that too.

        1. Calvin Coolidge   12 years ago

She's very good at "being married to Bill" - so much so that she has maintained that status for decades, despite his tendency to stick his dick into anything with a pulse that isn't named 'Hillary!'

  26. Calvin Coolidge   12 years ago

According to that "readyforhillary" website, one reason to vote for Hillary! is that "Many of us were born before women were allowed to vote!".

Given that women's suffrage dates back to 1920 in the USA, it seems that most of the Hillary! supporters are nearly 100 years old - which sounds about right.

She has an amazing resume, full of positions she was allowed to take because of her powerful husband, positions in which her actual record of achievement is horrible. Remember Hillarycare? Saved us from another power grab by government over our healthcare for a generation. Rose Law Firm? Secretary of State? Arkansas Education reform? Her resume is impressive, if you don't look at the failures under every top line.

    1. John   12 years ago

"Many of us were born before women were allowed to vote!".

Further evidence that to be a liberal is to be completely ignorant of history. Being astoundingly ignorant of history seems to be some kind of prerequisite to being a liberal.

      1. Calvin Coolidge   12 years ago

"FDR ended the depression with the New Deal, surely Obama can do the same for us!"

As you said, totally ignorant of history, except as taught in the public schools - and the history taught in the public schools has the same relationship to real history as our current economy does to "free market capitalism".

        1. John   12 years ago

The women's rights movement began in the 1970s

          1. Irish   12 years ago

Jim Crow wasn't caused by Democracy. Reagan cut all the welfare. The Democrats magically stopped being racist in 1965. Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan were free market ideologues. We have a free market today, and that's where all the problems come from.

I could do this all day.

          2. Calvin Coolidge   12 years ago

Before that, an ambitious woman such as Hillary! would have had to rely on her husband's fame and power in order to succeed. Whereas Hillary! made partner at Rose Law Firm, was appointed to design an Education reform package for Arkansas, was appointed to design a Health Care reform package for the US, was elected Senator, and was appointed Secretary of State, all by pure coincidence, with no help from her husband the President.

You've come a long way baby. Now do my laundry. Use extra detergent on that blue dress, I don't want any stains!

            1. PRX   12 years ago

her career mirrors Ma Ferguson in many ways.

  27. PRX   12 years ago

she just might be the smartest woman in America. it would explain much.

    1. Calvin Coolidge   12 years ago

"she just might be the smartest woman in America"

Well, she certainly believes she is. And her supporters are dumb enough to believe her.

I, on the other hand, will wait for some evidence of this assertion that goes beyond: "Look at all the different complicated things she has failed miserably at".
