NASA Postpones Virginia Rocket Launches
Project to study electrical current in the atmosphere

The launches will support a joint project between NASA and the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency to study a global electrical current that sweeps through the ionosphere.
NASA says clear skies are needed for the project.
