Christine Quinn's memoir With Patience and Fortitude was supposed to win over female voterswith endearing tales of overcoming bulimia, alcoholism, and Kardashian-related wedding mishaps, but few have actually opened it. The Daily News reports that a week after its release, the book is ranked 224,525 in book sales on Amazon while 2001's Bloomberg by Bloomberg comes in at 17,216.
