Scammers Target Seniors With Promise of "Obamacare" Insurance Card

Low information creates opportunity for fraud

They say what you don't know can't hurt you. But, a new scam is banking on seniors having a limited knowledge of so-called "Obamacare."

According to consumer watchdogs, scammers are trying to fool consumers, in many cases seniors, into giving up personal information by claiming they've been selected to be among the first to get insurance cards for "Obamacare."
