Not happy with the lack of transparency

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) says there were parts of President Barack Obama that he wanted to like, but that the White House has disappointed him with a "culture of corruption."

Talking with Sean Hannity on his Fox News show Tuesday night, Rand Paul criticized the administration for a lack of transparency.
