Philadelphia Police Involved in Third Shooting in 24 Hours
Suspect killed
GERMANTOWN - May 29, 2013 (WPVI) -- The seventh police involved shooting within the span of a week occurred in the Germantown section of Philadelphia Wednesday night.
Police became embroiled in a gun battle with at least three suspects along the 4500 block of Wayne Avenue.
At least one officer discharged a weapon along the block. The officer saw a man firing at two other men and got out of his vehicle and opened fire within feet of the alleged gunman.
