With sirens wailing outside the state Capitol, members of the Oklahoma House of Representatives evacuated to the basement at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday. The House was in session and considering a bill on weigh stations when presiding officer Don Armes, R-Lawton, said the Oklahoma Highway Patrol had instructed the members to go to the building's basement. The Senate remained in session.
