North Korea Lays Out Crimes It Says American Prisoner Was Sentenced For

Carrying anti-government materials and plotting the state's downfall


Pae Jun-ho, known in the US as Kenneth Bae, smuggled anti-government materials and plotted the state's downfall, a Supreme Court spokesman told state news agency KCNA.

He denied Mr Bae was being used as a "political bargaining chip" with the US.

  1. If he did some of the claimed activities, it would take an Obozo/Kim administration to claim those were deserving of punishment. And we have both of those.
