First Trailer for Ender's Game Released
Movie out November
Best-selling and beloved novels are typically the most obvious fodder for big-budgeted film adaptations, but one, the sci-fi classic "Ender's Game," has amazingly slipped through the cracks until now. The movie version of the cult novel will finally hit theaters in November, and the very first trailer for the epic story has just gone online.
"Ender's Game" follows Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield from "Hugo"), a boy who finds himself in an otherworldly scenario. Set in the future, after a war with an alien race has weakened humanity to the point of desperation, the story follows Ender as he enrolls in an outer-space military academy, designed to train children like him to prevent future attacks.
