Writing from Boston, Garrett Quinn reports that while local residents have been largely celebrating the law enforcement tactics used in the apprehension of suspected marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, prominent civil libertarians such as attorney Harvey Silverglate and Massachusetts ACLU director Carol Rose are raising troubling questions about the methods employed by the government during the manhunt.
