You have to pick your battles. Especially if you care at all about practical politics. Calling soldiers and police murderers and parasites may be accurate, but it's not going to convince anyone who doesn't already think that to give more of a look to libertarianism or anarchism.

I don't care personally. I try to say what I think. But if you are trying to run a magazine, you probably want to reach some people beyond the true believers.

Based on the lengths to which the federal government was willing to go to bring the Hakkens back for "kidnapping" their own children; that is, defying a state government order, how dumb do you have to be to believe they will ever even reclassify marijuana, much less legalize it?

I suspect they will concentrate on the "smoking" angle.

It is hard to argue about THC being eeeevul, but they can get a visceral agreement from people who dislike smoke.

They are going to lose that angle. No, they will just continue to say things like 'Well, we already have enough trouble with alcohol abuse, we can't afford the effects of another legal drug'.

They've lost this one, but they will continue to live in denial. Then they will just try to attack the mj users through the Obamacare machine. A penaltax for users.
