MTV Cancels Buckwild After Death of Cast Member
Show replaced Jersey Shore
In the wake of the tragic death of 21-year-old "Buckwild" star Shain Gandee, MTV has moved to cancel the raucous reality show.
Gandee, his 48-year-old uncle, David Gandee, and 27-year-old friend Donald Robert Myers, were found dead in his vehicle April 1, after the trio was said to have gone "mudding," or off-road driving, in West Virginia. An autopsy confirmed they died from carbon monoxide poisoning inside his Ford Bronco, police in West Virginia said.
