Put down the Farm Rich quesadillas, please
Thousands of Farm Rich brand frozen snack food items are being recalled due to possible E. coli contamination.
The products made by Rich Products Corp. of Buffalo, N.Y. include nearly 200,000 pounds of frozen chicken quesadillas, mini pizza slices, mozzarella bites and philly cheese steaks.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service said the products were recalled in relation to 24 illnesses in 15 states. Eight of those sick reported eating Farm Rich products.
