Lil Wayne's not only "more than good" after his seizure scare, he's ready to hit the road again.

In a brief video released to TMZ early Friday, Weezy gave fans an update on his condition following his hospitalization a week ago for multiple seizures, thanking fans for their well-wishes and saying he's looking forward to getting back to performing live.
