'Expert' SWAT Cop Photographed With Rifle Sight Backwards
New professionalism
Most military services teach "attention to detail." That the slightest lack of attention to detail can result in lives lost.
The fellows pictured here are not military, and certainly not in combat. They are local SWAT teams in upstate New York, the small town of Mohawk, population 7,500, and they're surrounding an alleged killer holed up in a local business.
What's telling about this picture though is that the officer with the "military style" assault weapon and the $500 "military style" close quarters combat sight has that same combat sight attached to the rifle backward.
Oops.

Remember: only the police can have these awful military style assault gizmos, because they're professionals with a Jedi-like mastery of their weapons (plus they can do the Jedi mind-meld).
Just like when Luke turned off his targeting computer, this officer's expertise and skills allow him to target even with his rifle sight being backwards. He's a genius I tell you.
The farce is with him!
Big deal.
It's not like cops look before shooting anyway.
Hey, he was just checking to see if anyone was paying attention!
You haters need to shut it. He's the only one in this room professional enough to handle that weapon.
He's just showing off his awesome skilz by making the target smaller and harder to see.
Lord, tell me his name is Dunphy.
