There's no pursuit of happiness for this Long Island man — local cops busted him for laughing too loudly in his own home.
Robert Schiavelli, 42, was recently slapped with two "absurd" summonses because his next-door neighbor complained that he could hear his hearty guffaws from across the driveway.

It’s very unfortunate that these sociopolitical diseases that begin as isolated absurdities on the east/west coasts, as well as cities across the nation, usually end up infecting the entire nation.
I guess I better turn myself in.
My neighbors in their house at least 500 ft. away told me they could hear me sneeze from inside my home. My windows are closed and the storm windows are up in both dwellings as it is winter in the midwest where we live.
