Eight Police Officers Arrested in South Africa Over Dragging Death

Eight South African police officers have been arrested over the death of a Mozambican man who was apparently dragged behind a police vehicle.
An investigation was launched after video footage emerged showing the man hauled through the streets with his hands cuffed to a police van.

Arrested? Stupid country not supporting its heroic officers. They should be given, at most, a paid vacation and a verbal reprimand. But we can't release any information about the verbal reprimand to the public. It might hurt thee officers' feelings.
