Economist Predicts "Utter Chaos" From Obamacare
High level of uncertainty, low level of good policy
With President Obama's Affordable Care Act no longer in doubt, state governments are working furiously to get a handle on what it will mean to expand healthcare to millions of Americans.
In Kansas, the debate has spurred a handful of studies from an array of organizations, each reading the proverbial tea leaves and developing their own conclusion. But with so many experts offering such varied predictions, very little is actually certain.
"What's going to happen is utter chaos," said Jagadeesh Gokhale, senior fellow with the libertarian-leaning Cato Institute.

It's not total chaos; the market is taking stabs at the actual costs. The first ones are wandering all over the place and only a few are going to be correct.
The losers are the folks not being hired; voted for hope and change, did you? Well, you got the change and you can hope all you please.
I don't think this Act is a done deal. There's a lot of surprises coming in the next 90 days and the sheeple are going to get the wool pulled away from their eyes.
We have no way of paying for this thing. We're all losers, except for the riders. I'm all for helping people pay for insurance, but the Act isn't about providing insurance to the less fortunate. It's about redistribution.

I live in SF; the amount of self- delusion on the left is more than sufficient to accept all the increased costs and aggravation; it will simply be blamed on the companies 'taking advantage' of what Obozo done wrought.
Hey, my district elects that hag Pelosi on a regular basis; this is a snap of self-delusion by comparison. These people can hold at least three contradictory thoughts in mind at one time and find no conflict!
Lawyers and some academics are going to make a killing off Obamacare.
