That's about what Snipes got for our version of blasphemy - tax protesting.

Just think, when he gets out of prison, he'll live in a new Egypt that will probably put him to death if he becomes a repeat offender. Everyone's a winner!

It must be terrible to live in a country where one can be thrown in prison for uploading blasphemous videos to the internet.

Oj! You big silly! That could never happen in USA...wait, what?

Oj? Going native are we? What's next - posting in Cyrillic?

        1. Groovus Maximus   13 years ago

I say it every day, lass, as well as "VO!" and "Aga!". I would post in Cyrillic, but Moosz und Skvirrelz will not permit it.

You could have moved to the part of Ukraine next to Moldova, you know?

(I'd love to see Transdnistria, myself, just for the kicks of having been there.)

Hey, now. Egypt's a democracy now, and a Friend of America (TM). So this has got to be OK.

Unbelievable; the scummy vermin in the media are STILL trying to blame that stupid YouTube video for all the chaos going on over in the Middle East.

Give it already, all you scummy vermin in the media. Even the White House gave up a while ago on trying to blame it all on that stupid video.

Prosecutors accused Saber of ... questioning religious beliefs.

What if he had questioned the beliefs of those who question religious beliefs? Would he still be guilty of blasphemy, or would he be a HERO?
