It is the responsibility of Nepali Congress to institutionalize peace and democracy in the country, said President Sushil talking to his cadres, November 11, 2012, at his private residence in Kathmandu and he added 'thus the need for calling another movement against the Unified Maoists Party led totalitarian rule in the country'.
