Florida Man Who Tried to Rob Cab Driver Left Wallet Behind
The alleged thief was caught
A man who tried to rob a Daytona Beach cab driver landed in jail after he left his wallet behind at the scene of the crime.
Terry Smith took a $40 cab ride early Sunday and just before he got out of the taxi, he reached over and tried to snatch the driver's cell phone and wallet, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
