Brickbat: In the Red
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, officials say the city's 2010 audit should be finished sometime in November. But they add that little work has been done on the 2011 audit because the city is late on payments to the firm hired to do that audit. The city is on track to run a $12 million deficit this year.

Who needs an audit, the findings of which everyone is going to ignore, anyway?
Once again, this post was made significantly after 6 AM, yet claims to be made at 6 AM. I demand a federal investigation and a special prosecutor. I'm sure some federal law was broken. Sarbanes-Oxley, perhaps.
Good Lord. How does a city of 50,000 think it's a good idea to build a $300 million incinerator? Why is the city of Harrisburg even in the incinerator business?
You know who else got into the incinerator business without the capital to sustain it?
Damn, I usually dont laugh at these jokes but that one made me lol
