Tonight, starting at 9:00 p.m., Barack Obama and Mitt Romney will face off for the first time. Reason's crack team of Twitterers will be there to help you though the ordeal, with our usual live Twitter feed, right here at Hit&Run.

And stay with us afterward: Kicking off about 15 minutes after the debate ends (about 10:45 p.m.), Reason will be hosting a Google+ Hangout where we'll be joined by folks from Roll Call, Christian Science Monitor, Political Wire, and Think Progress to talk about the carnage we have just witnessed.

You can check out the Hangout right here at Reason.com or over at our official Google+ page. We'll also be streaming at our YouTube page.

And hey! If you want to know about these kinds of special events, why not subscribe to our YouTube channel or follow us at Google+? It's what all the cool kids are doing.

Start your day with Reason. Get a daily brief of the most important stories and trends every weekday morning when you subscribe to Reason Roundup.

    Suckers!

You're going to waste a perfectly good night discussing the lies of professional liars?

Unless you are getting hazard pay, I pity you poor sods for having to waste your time on such a worthless endeavor. All those hours which could have been spent doing something worthwhile will instead be pissed down the drain.

Thanks for contributing 2 minutes of your piss for the drain.

I'd rather be out in the barnyard, hypnotising the chickens.

I am boycotting the fucking pseudo debate.

They won't let Gary Johnson or Jill Stein in.

The choice between Giant Douche and Turd Sandwich is not a real choice.
