N.H. May Soon Raise Moratorium on New Charter Schools

Board Chairman Tom Raffio and Deputy Commissioner Paul Leather met with members of the House finance committee, House education committee and joint fiscal committee Tuesday to discuss the funding concerns that led to the moratorium enacted by the board last week.
