Tom Brokaw Hospitalized in North Carolina

MSNBC rep says he was taken to hospital out of "abundance of caution"

Tom Brokaw was rushed to the hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina this morning after the longtime newsman reportedly felt light-headed. 

The 72-year-old former "Nightly News" anchor—who is in N.C. for the Democratic National Convention—had appeared on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" this morning when he began to feel ill.
