Maine's Ron Paul Supporters Look Ahead
Look to fill state party with "liberty-leaning individuals"
Acknowledging defeat within their own party at the Republican National Convention, some Ron Paul supporters have returned to Maine and others plan to sit out the big crowning events in Tampa, Fla.
But one of the activists says their work is not done yet. Matt McDonald of Belfast says the next priority is to build a state party by filling Republican committee posts across Maine with "liberty leaning individuals," and work to elect like-minded individuals.
