Rebels Call for No-Fly Zone
The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation is set to consider imposing no-fly zones on the borders of Turkey and Jordan amid escalating violence in Syria.
Syrian rebels fighting to oust President Bashar al-Assad have called for safe havens and a no-fly zone near the borders with Jordan and Turkey.
The opposition calls for a foreign controlled no-fly zone and safe corridors will be raised today at a meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.
