The widow of the one of the 11 Israelis murdered by Palestinian gunmen at the Munich Olympics in 1972, voiced her anger at the International Olympic Committee during a commemoration in London on Monday.
Guests at the service included senior British and German political figures as well as Jacques Rogge, President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
