The state of Florida paid him $1.25 million for a wrongful rape conviction, now he faces new charges
A Florida man who was paid $1.25 million for being wrongly convicted of rape has been charged with attempted murder.
Alan Jerome Crotzer is accused of shooting into a car Sunday in Tallahassee. Authorities say he wounded Antoine Davis in his arm and leg.
