It could be the end of one of the most popular attractions at SeaWorld. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission has refused to overturn a judge's order that a physical barrier must separate trainers from killer whales during any shows at SeaWorld parks. The ruling stems from the 2010 death of a SeaWorld trainer after being attacked by a killer whale.
