Brickbat: Big Swingers
Planning officials in Calmore, England, have shut down a swingers club run in residential neighborhood. Owner David Kay says the house is a home and the tenants just invite over like-minded friends for parties. But officials say it's a commercial club, which isn't allowed by planning rules.
