Who's the Spengler to the other's Venkman?

Shouldn't those who are only serving prison time for drug related offenses, and committed no other crime, be released if said drug is legalized?
In a decent world, yes.
In this world, though, no. Breaking the law is what gets you in jail, period. Doesn't matter what the law is, or whether its still on the books.
Shouldn't libertarians favor open borders only in concert with entitlement ineligibility for newcomers?
Shouldn't libertarians favor open borders only in concert with entitlement ineligibility for newcomers everyone?
One for Dean.
Why?
Practicality? As rich as the US is, the tax payers cannot afford to support all of the world's poor people.
A socially indifferent Conservative (me), would agree that immigration should be addressed after other issues.
Real Libertarians would point at you and make the Invasion of the Body Snatchers sound for your impurity. Then they would wave Nick and Matt's book at you while trying to preform an exorcism.
That is the difference.
The Dana Perino??
*Sigh*
The heat index here was nearly 110 yesterday....

It would be neat if that made it onto The Five today.
It would be neat if Dana, Kimberly and Andrea would wear hosiery on the damn show. You're on a hi-def broadcast ladies.
perino's question is a pretty good one, I think.
It seems to me there is a great deal of common ground between socially liberal conservatives and libertarians. John, our resident conservative, comes to mind for example. John is pretty libertarian in his thinking and yet claims to be a conservative, at least I think he does. John and I think alike on many issues.
THERE IS ONLY ONE REAL LIBERTARIAN AND IT IS THE JACKET = WE ARE ONLY ITS SLAVES
