Cooked tuna is a culinary abomination in the first place. Ruining a taco with it is just gratuitously cruel.
Well, I’m okay with it being seared. But only barely. In fact, just waive it over the grill.

Speaking of Mexican food, can anyone comment on how closely different ethnic food matches the original source? (I realize regional variations come into play.)
For instance, I heard from a Taiwanese woman the maybe half of the dishes in a American Chinese restaurant would be found in Taiwan or the mainland.
You’re beginning to make me feel like taking digital pictures of every page of my physical copy and uploading them into a digital picture frame so that I could read them on a screen was a waste of time.
