    """
During his conversation with the resident, Santiago made sexual comments and massaged his genitals through his clothing, city records state. The resident recorded the officer's actions with her cellphone.
    """
    And nothing else happened.

You're so picky. She should be thankful that she wasn't arrested for recording it.

      1. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

Or that he wasn't fondling her genitals. Mind you, as he's not TSA he probably doesn't have the right training to do that

        1. Pi Guy   13 years ago

OT: Saw a funny comment on FB last night. Someone asked another about playing doctor and the dude repled: "We don't play doctor anymore. It's called 'playing TSA Agent' these days."

          *snickergiggle*

It's part of ObamneyCare. It's your one-stop health shop. Get frisked for "contraband" AND get a DRE. At no cost to you with a money back guarantee!

Why, what are you waiting for? CALL NOW!

            Back OT:

Is this what passes for flirting these days with the police? What ever happened to the tried and true method of pistol whipping and "ROR in trade?" Quite frankly, I'm disgusted with this cop's laziness; he's not very creative at compromising "The New Professionalism". He didn't even shoot a dog.

      2. Francisco d Anconia   13 years ago

You're so picky. She should be thankful that she wasn't arrested for recording it....

...and that her dog is still alive.

  2. Whiterun Guard   13 years ago

So that wasn't procedure, I take it?

    1. daveInAustin   13 years ago

In how many other professions can you fondle yourself in front of customers and not get fired. Actually our tax dollars are used to prosecute private businesses for allowing much less than this to go on.

  3. Libertarian   13 years ago

I've been trying and trying to think of a way to approach my boss and ask for a 6 month leave of absence. Problem solved!

    1. Jerry   13 years ago

Maybe he will give you a raise instead?

  4. Whiterun Guard   13 years ago

You know who else was caught on video fondling his genitals while making lewd comments to a woman?

    1. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

      John Holmes?

    2. Pi Guy   13 years ago

Damn! How the hell did you find out about that?

Wait - you weren't talking about me?

    3. Anacreon   13 years ago

Mitch Kumstein, my roommate. Nice guy.

      1. sloopyinca   13 years ago

I was gonna say Bob Hope.

  5. SugarFree   13 years ago

It may sound like a good idea to masturbate with hand-sanitizer as lube--it's all over nowadays, especially work-places, often free, and it makes for a right clean penis after--but don't do it. It's a terrible idea. Terrible.

    1. invisible furry hand   13 years ago

I'm so sorry Mr Free. You're better now, right?

    2. Whiterun Guard   13 years ago

I don't have any left, I mixed it with salt and drank it all since that's what Nick told me to do.

      1. SugarFree   13 years ago

I hope it wasn't my test batch. Was the sanitizer oddly sweet?

        1. Groovus Maximus   13 years ago

You went on a Twinkie binge again, didn't you?

  6. buntpunt   13 years ago

OK yeah that really does make a LOt of sense dude.

    Paid suspension?

  8. sloopyinca   13 years ago

Odd. I am having a hard time finding his name on the Illinois sex offender registry. I mean, I'm sure it's on there, right? They stick people on there for pissing in public. Surely a man that would play with himself in public (and get caught on video) would be a slam-dunk for inclusion.

    1. daveInAustin   13 years ago

It's not like he smoked pot and then kept folks in jail for doing the same thing.

      1. Mr. FIFY   13 years ago

Or smoked pot, snorted coke, then got elected president... meanwhile, average schmucks who did the same can't pass background checks to get jobs...

  9. sloopyinca   13 years ago

Thank God we are assured every time our resident cop shows up that police are held to the same or even higher standard when it comes to illegal behavior. I look forward to seeing this fine officer of the law shunned and forbidden from living or patrolling within 500 yards of a school or playground.

    1. The Fatman   13 years ago

Where is that Fuck Dunphy on this one? I can't say it enough. I am sure he will be here to tell us that this poor guy needs help, not a cell. Because, you know, police work is soooo hard and dangerous. I hope he dies in a fire with his progeny.

Who Watches the Watchman Fondle Himself?

Ima say, the guy fondling himself while operating the drone.

    1. Mr. FIFY   13 years ago

Or the squirrel who duplicates HR posts.

  12. Polymath   13 years ago

East Chicago is in Indiana, not Illinois, which may explain:

    - Why the woman was not arrested for recording the officer's, um, indiscretion -

    - Why he does not appear on the Illinois sex-offender registry.

I am guessing you won't find him on any Indiana sex-offender registry either. The rules don't apply to the cops, you see . . . that's the first thing they teach you at the academy.

  13. Polymath   13 years ago

They also teach about sexual harrassment at the academy too, apparently . . . just in a more proactive, hands-on way than you'd expect . . .

  14. buntpunt   13 years ago

There is a dude that cleartly knows what tiem it is wow.
