Before His Time
A New York City Sanitation Department worker gave Raymond Johnson a $100 citation for putting his trash out 33 minutes early. A city ordinance says garbage cannot be put out earlier than 4 p.m. from October 1 to April 1. Local media report that several other Queens residents have gotten similar citations.
