Officials at Griffin Primary School in Hull, England, have accused 7-year-old Eliott Dearlove of racism after he asked another student if he "is brown because he is from Africa." They called Eliott's mother in and read the school's zero tolerance policy on racism to her. She says Eliott is not racist, just curious. But Vanessa Harvey-Samuel, an official with the Hull City Council, says the school has "a statutory duty to report any incident that is perceived to be racist by the victim or any other person."
