The Durban Climate Change Conference is slouching toward its conclusion. It's just like the old days—the U.S. is the bad guy again, being denounced by furious activists as an "obstacle to progress." Skeptics in Durban celebrate (perhaps prematurely) the "complete collapse of the global warming movement."
