You Want to See Something Really Scary?

For the past four years, hundreds of people have come by Rick Newman's Boca Raton home to see the Halloween display in his front yard. He's had robotic monsters and fountains that look like they were filled with blood. But this year code enforcement put the kibosh on part of his plans. They say having children dance to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" would violate the zoning rules in a residential neighborhood and threatened to fine him up to $1,000 if he goes ahead with that part of the show.
