Young Specimens
Pennsylvania's Belvidere School District has begun random drug testing for middle school students. School officials say the program, which requires parental consent, isn't punitive, but those testing positive will be required to attend six sessions with a nurse or guidance counselor as well as to complete an early intervention program.
