Yes, I totally agree that mutants have always been a metaphor for homosexuals.
WTF? Really, what-the-fuck. That's as far as I got, but sometimes these pop-culture politicos need to take three or four steps back and understand that their political agenda only shows up in pop-culture becayse they are looking for it.
Agreed. I have nothing against gay people or characters, but I'm tired of every liberal reading a homoerotic relationship into every male friendship, whether it's X-Men, LOTR, etc.

The big one was the Legacy Virus and the "geniuses" at Marvel declared that the Legacy Virus would be cured when AIDS was.
